Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA IGB oga, Reg. no. 40203329287, Gulbene district, Lizums parish, Parka 13-7, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Procedure

The Buyer orders goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store, by card payment, or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. After successful payment, the client receives a confirmation e-mail.

The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 7 working days, or within 14 days if the goods are not available in the warehouse at the time of ordering. Delivery times are coordinated with the Buyer after receiving payment.

Collection at the Seller's address (Gulbene district, Lizums parish, Parka 13-7 or Sigulda, Janogu street 19-4) is free of charge by prior arrangement.

Omniva - 3.20 EUR (Delivery within Latvia). DPD - 3.20 EUR (Delivery within Latvia).

The client chooses the delivery method when placing the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller at [email protected]. Goods can be returned to: Gulbene district, Lizums parish, Parka 13-7, LV-4452 or Sigulda, Janogu street 19-4, LV-2150 via mail, parcel machine, or courier, informing the Seller in advance. The Seller sends the withdrawal form to the Buyer upon request.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to returning the goods are covered by the Buyer. The Seller shall refund the payment to the Buyer's bank account no later than 2 days after receiving the returned goods, provided the goods are undamaged, without signs of use, and in their original condition.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have a short shelf life;

  • the goods are custom-made for the Buyer;

  • the goods show signs of use (scratches, dirt, etc.) or mechanical damage.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal if the goods are damaged, show signs of careless use, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Order Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel the order before it is processed by calling +371 28306117 or emailing [email protected] during working hours (working days 08:00–17:00).

Exchange of Goods

Purchased goods can be exchanged for an identical item in a different size or color only if original tags and packaging are preserved. Exchanges are done in person at the locations mentioned above within 14 days of receipt.

Data Processing

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed by the Seller to fulfill the order in accordance with Latvian legislation. All order-related notifications will be sent to the specified e-mail.

Dispute Resolution
