Our fields are the birthplace of what we call the "Northern Lemon"—the Japanese Quince. We fell in love with this fruit for its incredible fragrance, its zesty energy, and its hidden strength. Alongside our vibrant blackcurrants, these quinces are the heart of everything we create.
